In 1867 Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick joined Canada. Before that, Prince Edward Island used to be a British colony known as St John Island. The Island is known for its scenic coastline, local hospitality and Anne Of Green Gables.
If you don’t know who Anne Of Green Gables is they will probably kick you off the Island. So, here’s a heads up! In Short, it’s a very famous book released in 1908 by author LM Montgomery which has since been made into countless movies and a Netflix series.
